The H.E.A.R.T. committee is back! H.E.A.R.T. which stands for “Helping Education Africa Reaching Together” is back for the 2016 – 2017 school year, and they’re back with great new ideas.

Just as what H.E.A.R.T. stands for, they will be holding multiple events to raise money to help fund education in Africa throughout this school year. Like every year, the committee has great things planned for St. Augustine CHS in the near future. As for now, all that’s revealed is H.E.A.R.T. week which takes place in November. Every day for one week, the committee will host special events that are geared towards fundraising. They are selected from a wide spectrum of possible events that are sure to prompt the school’s community to do their part and help education reach Africa.

This year H.E.A.R.T. week took place from November 16th through the 18th. The committee planned a spectacular lineup of events, including civvies day, bake sales, and much more. Be sure to keep a close eye for any more updates from the beloved H.E.A.R.T. committee!
