It is that time of the year again where all grade nines look forward to spending time in the great outdoors to have fun at Muskoka Woods! Even the rain came to get in on the fun. The very first thing they had to do was create the best spirit chant for their team. As it turns out, bus 2 was the winner! The first night was spent roasting marshmallows, crowded around a campfire. The next day there was rain and pretty much kept the campers inside, but that did not spoil the the next few days with fun activities. The most favorable activities included; zip lining, archery, monopoly, and rock climbing. All of these activities brought the grade nines together in good community spirit. Lastly, to leave Muskoka with a boost, there was a dance that took place on the final night. Instead of being off alone or in pairs, according to a student by the name of Gabrielle, they were all in the middle jumping together in unison to their favorite songs. Throughout their time in Muskoka, all the grade nines had become one group of people, who will stand by each other right ‘till graduation.
