A week off of school? Yes, please! What to do though? Well don’t worry, there are many activities to do and places to go! Here are some ideas to help you figure out how to spend your March Break.
- Visit a museum
Tap into Toronto’s history by visiting a local museum! Doing this will help you explore your culture and give you insight on how Canada has developed over the years. - Eat extraordinary foods
Sick of your boring, everyday food? Toronto is known for its wide variety of food and cultures. Step outside or head downtown to try a food item that you’ve never tried before. - Comic Con (March 16-18)
Love superheros? Into Doctor Who? Still waiting for your acceptance letter from Hogwarts? Then Comic Con is the convention for you! From March 16-18, you can embrace your inner nerd and meet others who share the same interests as you. Purchasing rare merchandise, you can create good memories and embrace your passions. - Watch a movie/Go to TIFF
Head to the local movie theatre with friends and catch a new movie. Whether it is Black Panther, A Wrinkle in Time, or Love Simon, there is a movie for everyone. Sick of these movies or watched them all before? Head downtown to the TIFF Lightbox to watch a new movie created by local filmmakers. These movies cover new topics and and present different ideas to their audience. Stop binge watching on your phone and experience the big screen.
Picking any one of these activities would surely fill your March Break with fun-filled memories!
