Munch in March! The national nutrition month is coming to an end. Although we are entering April, the month of new beginnings, it is important to keep in mind that nutrition month doesn’t just end here!

Over the last few months our home here at St. Augustine has been providing students a fresh variety of fruits in front of the office. Following the habit of eating fruits helps us achieve a successful academic performance and a healthy lifestyle! From the assortment of fruits in the basket, a fresh supply of apples, bananas and clementines are available all day to us Titans.

Don’t miss out on this advantage that can lead us to a brighter day! We don’t always obtain the nutrients that are needed in our daily diets. Including fruits along with our meals can improve memory and the way our body functions throughout the day. The fruits that are provided to us are important sources of our energy!

The month of March flew by quickly, but nutrition month never ends. April is the time of new beginnings, encouraging us to focus on our well-being.
