L’équipe de Scrabble de Saint Augustin a participé dans un tournoi de scrabble au bénéfice de la fondation SickKids le 28 Avril à l’école Sainte Thérèse de Lisieux. Nous avons affronté contre six autres écoles: Cardinal Carter CHS, École Secondaire Norval-Morrisseau, Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy, Jean Vanier CHS, St. Elizabeth CHS, et Sainte Thérèse de Lisieux CHS. Les équipes jeune et senior ont excellé dans le tournoi.
Félicitations à Aidan C. et Jason H. (jeune) et Alison B. et Emily S. (senior) qui ont gagné la coupe d’or! Au total, cet événement a collecté $10,185 pour SickKids! C’était certainement une expérience merveilleuse et pour la bonne cause. Bon travail tout le monde!
On April 28th, St. Augustine’s French Scrabble Team participated in the French Scrabble Tournament for Sick Kids Foundation at St. Theresa of Lisieux CHS. St. Augustine competed against 6 other schools: Cardinal Carter CHS, École Secondaire Norval-Morrisseau, Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy, Jean Vanier CHS, St. Elizabeth CHS, and St. Theresa of Lisieux CHS. Both the junior and senior teams excelled in the tournament.
Congratulations to Aidan C. and Jason H. (the junior pair) and Alison B. and Emily S. (the senior pair) who won first place! Great work to everyone who participated! In total, this event raised $10,185 for SickKids! It was certainly a great experience and for a great cause. Bon travail!
