Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Field Hockey team who made it to the finals for the first time ever in the history of St.A.
Overview:
- Our team is a Girls Varsity Field Hockey Team
- 11 players are on the field at one time
- Games consist of two twenty-five minute periods.
- The sport/season runs from September to October
What We Do:
Practices consist of drills such as draws where we move the ball from one side to another, passing on the move, standard passes, and shots on net. Other drills include dribbling the ball and weaving through the pylons. Furthermore, we play two on ones which is when there are two players on offense and one player on defense.
