March Break is coming up soon and instead of going on an expensive vacation here are a few interesting places to visit in Toronto!
1. Royal Ontario Museum
The Royal Ontario Museum is a great place to spend your march break! There is many things to do like a photo booth with the ROM’s newest dinosaur, Zuul! You can also watch the ROM TV and relax with family and friends while watching a screening of historical movies!

2. Toronto Zoo
The Toronto Zoo is a great place for teens to have fun with their family and friends! Visit all the amazing and furry animals. Students can get a major discount when purchasing a zoo membership by showing their student ID at the Toronto Zoo.

3. Sugar Shack T.O at Sugar Beach
At Sugar Shack T.O celebrate the last days of winter and enjoy Ontario’s finest maple taffy. There is plenty of things to explore, like the, skating rink, obstacle course, ice activities, music, crepes, poutine and so much more. Experience it all at Sugar Shack T.O.

4. AGO
At the Art Gallery of Ontario you can experience the most amazing artwork from all around the world. Visit the many exhibitions that feature artwork by well known artists such as Monet, Pissarro and more. Explore all that art has to offer and have fun with family and friends when at the AGO.

5. Museum of Illusions
Looking for some entertainment and amazing exhibitions? The Museum of Illusions is a great place to experience all the wonders of illusions. From the rotated room, the chair illusion, holograms, optical illusions and so much more at the Museum of Illusions!

6. iFly Toronto
Experience the thrill of indoor skydiving at iFly Toronto. It’s completely safe and fun to do if your a risk taker and a thrill seeker! Feel what it is like to defy gravity and fly.

7. Skating
Looking to enjoy in some last minute winter activities? Visit Nathan Phillips Square skating rink, for free, over the March break. Skating is always a fun activity and is a great way to spend a true Canadian March break.

Admission Fee: Free to skate, cost to rent skates
8. Ripley’s Aquarium
Ripley’s Aquarium is a great place to observe and explore the wonders of the underwater creatures. Located at the heart of downtown Toronto, you can meet all the amazing fish, turtles, sting rays, sharks, jelly fish and so much more.

Hours: Everyday from 9 am – 11 pm (Due to private events may close earlier)
Admission Fee for timed ticket prices for ages 14 plus: $32.00
9. CN Tower
The CN Tower is an amazing tall structure that you are able to take the elevator all the way up to the top floor. You can stand on the glass floor to observe and witness all of Toronto from above. The March break is a perfect way to explore the CN Tower.

10. Visit the Movie Theatre
If all else fails, nothing’s easier than visiting the movies. Grab some friends and head over to your nearest movie theatre, sit back, relax and enjoy the movie. Oh, and don’t forget the popcorn!
