A month into school with everyone settled in and routine has set back in. Titans have gone through countless tests and assignments, almost like clockwork. Amidst the chaos, one student stood out the most. Aarush Gupta was recognized as the October Titan of the Month. To get to know him better, we asked a few questions.

  1. Why were you recognized as Titan of the Month?

I was nominated by Ms. Chong as Titan of Month since she was watching me from the very beginning till the time she nominated me. She saw I was being benevolent and delicate to each movement, I didn’t say no to any task which I was offered, and I always give my best whether a student or a teacher requested any help, whether it’s late at night or after school.

  1. What do you love most about St. Augustine’s?

The best thing about Titans is that I love the manner in which each teacher is there to assist you with any problem in any part of life whether its hardship in studies or some pressure, in the end they give you the best advice ever.

  1. Any interests that have grown since coming to the school?

Since coming here, I developed an incredible amount of enthusiasm towards craftsmanship. I was passionate about photography and our art department helped me a great deal, like suggesting photography programs outside of our school. They gave me a ton of chances to partake in school events with my photography and I never said no, which profited me now since individuals employ me as their picture taker.

  1. As a Grade 11 student, have you been leaning towards a certain path after high school?

I’m planning to go into a mechanical engineering program and when I land my position, I need to be a part of a charity where I can help somebody who needs help.

Aarush was the student that stood out the most this month and we are so glad we got to know him better! His involvement with the school and his ability to adapt to any task or assignment is admirable. We are able to see his beautiful art and photography around the school, Ms.Chong really picked an amazing student to be recognized. We congratulate Aarush for being such an inspiration and a hard worker!
