The Titan’s annual Semi-Formal was held on Thursday January 30th, 2020. The theme this year was the Oscars. The Royal Venetian Mansion was extravagantly decorated with Oscar-themed items, such as a red carpet, gold backdrops and a Hollywood sign. A meal was served at 8 pm which included bread, pasta, chicken parmesan with potatoes and vegetables on the side. Waffles and candy were offered as desserts. The DJ played top hits that included everything from Ed Sheeran to Toronto’s own, Drake. The night was filled with food, friends and dancing, which was definitely a memorable night. Semi-Formal was a great way to celebrate the end of semester one and the completion of exams.
