Over the past few years, the pandemic has affected concerts and performances for all artists. However, this hasn’t stopped the many K-pop groups from entertaining us and making comebacks. Likewise, the rookie boy group known as TREASURE, under YG Entertainment, is planning to comeback and perform for fans on April 9th and 10th at the Olympic Hall in Seoul, South Korea. TREASURE was formed by the reality show “YG Treasure Box” and debuted on August 7, 2020 with the album “THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER 1.” Best known for their TikTok viral single, “DARARI,” they have quickly been increasing in popularity and have already won several awards, including Rookie of the Year (ROTY). They are planning to have a concert exclusively in-person on the 9th, and on the 10th, an in-person concert that will also be livestreamed. Tickets for the in-person concert are available for purchase on Auction Tickets Korea, while virtual tickets have been on sale through the Weverse Shop since February 25th, 2022.
As the pandemic situation begins to improve, concert restrictions have begun to ease. This has allowed K-pop groups to host in-person events. With this being TREASURE’s first concert since their debut, it is an incredible opportunity for both their domestic and international fans alike to come together and experience the thrill of their performances. The group has worked hard to prepare a variety of fan favourites and special stages for this exciting show. Whether TEUMEs (their group fandom name) will be participating in-person or online, we’re sure it will be a concert they will never forget!
